Cut the PolarPads to the size you need, or tear them off at the existing perforation. Then place the PolarPads in a water bath; after about 15 minutes they are activated and can be taken out.
The PolarPads can now be frozen in the freezer, depending on use, down to minus 80 degrees Celsius. Once thawed, simply refreeze PolarPads for reuse; even after reactivation, the cells do not lose water, so your product arrives dry and fresh.
Packing your product in thermal, polystyrene or other insulated boxes extends and improves cooling efficiency, so your product can be shipped safely to any destination.
Make sure the PolarPads mat completely covers the surface of your packaging.
